Steps to Manifest
1. Set up a Goal or Get Specific on What You Want
When you are practicing manifestation, it’s important to be clear on what goal you would like to achieve or exactly what you want. For example, you can set a goal to lose weight or quit smoking.
If you are a beginner with Manifestation, I recommend using a manifestation journal. You’ll find that writing is a very powerful way of connecting to your inner self and validating your wants and needs.
2. Ask to Receive and Believe
Ask the Universe, God , Angels, or whatever higher power resonates within you to help you achieve your desire or goal. Believe that you will receive and imagine the wonderful feeling you will have once you achieve your goal or desire.
3. Take Action and Make a Plan to Achieve that Goal or Desire
Just sitting at home and thinking about what you want will not bring you closer to that desire. Instead, you need make a definite and precise plan which you can follow.
Most people think that manifestation is some form of magic, and everything will come true just by thinking hard enough. Thinking is just one part of manifestation and you will need more than just thinking.
Once you start thinking about that goal or desire, your subconscious mind will guide you through a specific and exact way of accomplishing that goal.
Write down the things you want and write down steps which are needed to be completed in order to reach that bigger goal.
4. Visualize
Even if you have a goal and a very definite plan to achieve it you still cannot get it without proper visualization and emotional stimuli.
Visualize seeing yourself on the other side of the road and getting excited about it. It may be a bit challenging to grasp in the beginning. The more you practice, the better you become.
A good example of this would be if you want to buy a new home. Visualize that home in your mind and imagine in your mind how awesome it will be living in that home. This state of happiness and excitement will awaken your subconscious mind and work around that goal.
There is no guarantee that intention manifestation will directly change your reality, but it will certainly affect your life by influencing your subconscious.
5. Express Gratitude
Engaging in a daily gratitude practice will help you avoid obsessing over what you are trying to manifest. This will prevent your mindset from shifting back into disbelief, discouragement and a place of lack. You will start to realize how much you already have.
A gratitude journal is a great tool to get you in the habit of expressing your gratitude. Writing down what you are grateful for is very powerful.
