Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping in the US only (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Shipping is a flat-rate fee of $6.95 for US orders. Free shipping is offered if you order over $99.00 for US orders. We will occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders less than $99.00. Most shipments are shipped via USPS, UPS, and larger orders may be shipped via FedEx. For expedited orders please email jennifer@nullholistichealershop.com.

Note: The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event of a lost/stolen package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time.

Back Ordered Items: We will notify you of any item that happens to be on backorder once your checkout is completed. If you would like to cancel your order, you have the option to do that.

Out of Stock Items: If any items from your order are no longer in stock once your checkout is completed, we will notify you and issue you a refund for any out-of-stock items on your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

Report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 7 days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and credit your account.

Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Any opened or used item sent back will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please email jennifer@nullholistichealershop.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return ID and instructions for mailing the item back.
