One of the simplest ways of incorporating essential oils into your daily life is by making essential oil sprays! We will be sharing some of our favorite DIY essential oil spray recipes!

How to Make Essential Oil Spray Recipes
What you’ll need:
- 2 oz spray bottle (pictured below)
- Distilled water or Witch Hazel
- 1 tbsp of grain alcohol (for preservative)
- 15-20 drops of essential oils of choice
Directions:
1. Add the grain alcohol using a funnel if available. This is important as not only does alcohol preserve your ingredients, it also prevents microbial growth and contamination. You can also use 60 % ethanol alcohol as well.
2. Add the essential oils. (Tip: Single oil sprays can be very powerful as well!)
3. Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. Add the spray top and shake well before use.
4. Dry off the bottle if needed and add a label. This will be especially helpful if you’re making multiple recipes. Or, if you’re like me and forget what recipe you made.
If you want to make a larger batch, simply double the recipe.
